Anais Rosin, M.A., BCBA

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Founder & Clinical Director

Anais Rosin is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and proud graduate of the University of Kansas, where she earned her Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Science. Throughout her career, she has worked with a wide variety of populations — spanning children, adolescents, and adults across diverse ages, diagnoses, and abilities.

Her clinical background includes inpatient and outpatient hospital settings, in-home therapy, school environments, and pediatric outpatient clinics. She has extensive experience addressing a broad range of challenging behaviors and behavior topographies, including self-injurious behavior, aggression, property destruction, elopement, and skill deficits across communication, daily living, and social domains.

Anais founded Raven Behavior Analysis out of a belief that every person deserves individualized, compassionate support — and that families deserve a true partner in the process. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to serve a wider community across the greater Chicagoland area.

Our Therapy Team

Registered Behavior Technicians

Behind every great BCBA is a team of dedicated, skilled Registered Behavior Technicians — the hands-on heart of your child's therapy.

What is an RBT?

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a nationally certified paraprofessional trained in Applied Behavior Analysis. RBTs work directly with clients during therapy sessions, implementing the individualized treatment plan designed by the supervising BCBA. They are certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and must maintain their credential through ongoing supervision and continuing education.

Training & Supervision

Every RBT on our team completes a minimum of 40 hours of hands-on training before working independently, covering core ABA principles, data collection, professional conduct, and behavior reduction strategies. RBTs work under the direct and close supervision of our BCBA, who regularly observes sessions, reviews data, and adjusts programming to ensure the highest quality of care.

Their Role in Your Child's Plan

RBTs are an integral part of your child's treatment team. They build meaningful, trusting relationships with clients over time — and that consistency matters. During each session, they implement evidence-based strategies, collect precise behavioral data, and communicate observations back to the BCBA. Families are encouraged to connect with their RBT and ask questions; collaboration between therapists and caregivers leads to the best outcomes.

Our Mission

At Raven Behavior Analysis, we believe every person deserves a life full of meaningful connection, independence, and joy. We are dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based ABA services that create lasting positive change — for individuals and the families who love them.
